Title	Articles of co-partnership between John Lovatt Thacker of Wilne Mills, gent., Thomas Thacker Robert Thacker, and John Thacker, of Wilne, cotton spinners, William Eaton, of Willstrope, cotton spinner, and Thomas Arnott of Draycott, cotton spinner, agreeing to carry on cotton manufacturing business as John Lovatt Thacker & Co. for 21 years; John Lovatt Thacker conveys to John Curzon of Derby, cotton mill, former sheet lead rolling mill and 13 houses on the Green or the yard, at Wilne Mills, on trust for partnership. Expenses of maintenance weirs, dams, etc shared partnership and Thos and Robert Thacker corn millers; provisions for use of power at low water levels. Recites lease of cotton mill (10 Oct 1803) by Earl of Harrington to Lovatt Thacker for 21 years after surrender of earlier lease (5 Apr 1782) for 26 years 16 Jan
