Appointment by Dame Katherine Hutchinson, widow, of Nottingham (Nottinghamshire) and Charles Hutchinson of Milne field Intake, next Colston, Hall close (where the Old Hall stood), little close before the doore - Plowd plott; Wolds platt, various messuages, lands and enclosures in Goatham and Owthorpe, (Nottinghamshire)., to Sir Allen Apsley, Knight, of St Martin in the fields, Middlesex for residue of term of 500 years. Recites appointment of manor and rectory of Owthorpe or Overthorpe to Sir Francis Boteler and Alexander Stanhope (7 Dec 1671).
