TitleDeclaration of uses by Dame Jane, Viscountess Valentia, wife of Sir Francis Annesley under deed (13 Sept 1650) to lead to uses of fine between Sir Francis and Dame Jane, and William Stanhopp of Linby, (Nottinghamshire), esq., and John Stanhopp, of Manor and rectory of Thorganby, (Yorkshire) Now to use of trustees to raise £560 for Dame Katherine Hutchinson, sister of Jane, and then to pay for the education of Francis and Jane's children, then the property to the children in tail male.
