TitleInspeximus (27 Aug 1633 from Chancery rolls of Inquisition Post Mortem (8 Apr 1336)) of John le Latymer. In Surrey he has no lanch as tenant in chief of King, but holds manor of Nobright [Norbury?] as of the manor of Lageham from John-de Ifeld and his wife Margaret for service of 1d. John de Ifeld only has right to Lageham manor for life of Margaret, mother of John son of John de Lageham. Lageham manor has capital messuage and garden, worth nothing after deductions, 100 acres of arable (16s 8d), 5 acres of meadow (5s), 10 acres of woods (10d), 13s 4d rent, 2s court perquisites. John Le Latymer also held jointly with wife Johanna (still alive) and son Edmund, messuage, 40 acres of land, 3 acres of meadow, 40 acres of wood, 20s rent in Crawestoke, Surrey (valued at 13s 4d), as of the Honor of Gloucester, of Hugh Baudele [or Bandele] for service of 1lb of pepper.
John le Latymer also held jointly with wife Johanna messuage, 60 acres of arable, 2 acres of meadow in Shene, (Surrey) from Archbishop of Canterbury for 17s a year valued at 20s above that rent.

Also copy inspeximus of Inquistion post mortem of Robert Latymer (9 Jul 1366) holding nothing of the King but seised of messuage at Craustack, Woking (Surrey) (worth nothing after deductions), 48 acres of arable (20s a year), 10 acres of meadow (13s 4d), 12 acres gorse and furze (6s 8d) 20s rents, 40 acres of wood of which one third to be cut every 16 years, worth 5s per acre if well enclosed and pruned for two years and then lying as a copse - this all held by right of wife Johanna as of Prince of Wales manor of Purebrigh [Pirbright, Surrey] for 2s., 1lb. of pepper, and suit of court. Heir is Robert son of Robert Latymer aged more than 6, in royal wardship. Exemplification at request of Christopher Hobson. (copied 1633)
