Bargain and sale by Charles and Mary, Viscount and viscountess Fane, executors of Lucy, Countess dowager of Stanhope, to Philip Dormer, Earl Stanhope, heir of late James and Lucy, Earl and Countess Stanhope, of annuity of £2600 for 31 years granted by royal letters patent 16 Aug 1722 and left in her will (1722/3) to provide additional portions of £8000 to her younger children, for £1500 to be used for those portions by a Chancery Order following complaint by Lucy's children Lucy, Jane and George. Assignment by Earl Stanhope to William, Earl of Harrington.
