Description
Note. The list for 1839 gives names and ages of paupers and money and bread received by them. It also gives paupers living in Melbourne but not belonging to it, paupers in Derby Hills and paupers living in Derby Hills but not belonging to it. The remaining lists gives names and ages of paupers, residence if not in workhouses, cause of requiring relief, amount of relief received out of workhouse and number of days in workhouse
