by Cornelius Clarke of Norton, Co Derby esq to James Webster of Brampton, gent and Richard Milnes of Chesterfield, tanner and Thomas Bower of Chesterfield, tanner and George Poynton of Chesterfield, butcher and Edward White of Chesterfield, tanner and Samuel Slater of Chesterfield, butcher of land as in D6414/4/1/1-2 to hold on trust to use the buildings erected thereon as a meeting place for dissenting protestants, allowing Thomas Ogle and Robert Ferne to be preachers and ministers, their successors to be elected by a majority of householders attending services, trustees to tax persons having seats for the maintenance of the ministers. Replacement of trustees to be by assignment. If dissenting ministers are re-admitted to the established church, the property is to revert to Clarke and his heirs. Clarke also assigns to trustees land as in D6414/4/1/3.
