Description
Plan of Kilburn Seam showing underground levels, with locations of shafts and dips in strata indicated. Also including section showing depths of different types of coal. The map was originally attached to D6413/1/818, but also includes projections of when specified areas would be mined. This plan is a monochrome copy of an original which was coloured to show areas worked, working faces and areas worked since December 1938, as well as projections. The projections can still be made out without the colours, but the other references cannot. Scale 1 inch: 6 chains
