Title
Ralph Hough’s Charity: Feoffment by Robert Johnson of Thurvaston, Derbyshire, yeoman, Vallentine Jackson of Oslaston, Derbyshire, yeoman, to Roger Allestry of Derby gent., and William Fowler of Dawbry Lees, Derbyshire gent., in consideration of £100, paid by Thomas Hinley, John Cantrill, John Ward, Thomas Gilbert, Richard Hunt and John Heyward, all of Repton, yeoman, of two closes of pasture ground, the Further High Woods and Hungrons, containing by estimation 22 acres, situated in Oslaston in the parish of Sutton. To the use of Robert Johnson and to the further use then Hinley, Cantrill, Ward, Gilbert, Hunt and Heyward may receive a yearly rent charge of £5 out of the said premises. Dated 30 Jul 1657
