Title
Sparklow (Hurdlow)

1972
Description
From the Endmoor to Crowdecote lane bridge over the trackbed of the Ashbourne Branch, with the remains of the down platform visible. To the left is the former CHPR alignment heading towards the foot of Hudlow Incline, the route still clearly identifiable between limestone walls, and with a row of power poles on the north side of the former route. The land occupied by the former incline was sold to the Duke of Devonshire in 1879 to relinquish responsibility for the walls.
