Title
Cromford Goods
Date
20th Cent
Description
The view from the railway bridge at Cromford Goods near Brown's Bridge (over the canal), along the former Midland Railway main line, as a local diesel multiple unit (DMU) passes. The photograph is taken presumably after the main line was converted to a single line branch, but before the up line was lifted. Judging by the state of the up line it is already disused and the DMU may therefore be travelling in either direction.
