| Description | The Cromford Canal at Leawood (Wigwell) Aqueduct with Leawood Pumphouse and chimney on the right. Work to restore the pumphouse began in 1971, the engine then being the property of BWB (British Waterways Board), and permission was granted for access, hence the modern bridge across the aqueduct. Beyond the bridge, the canal widened out into the Leawood winding hole. |
