Description
The very short single line section between Hopton Top and the sidings by Hopton Colour Works, with the control cabin for the 'Train Staff & Ticket' operation of the single line sections. Note the two point levers. In the background are Hopton Cottage and the coal house adjacent. The coal house is built on the site of the engine shed, constructed for the first locomotive to work on this section in 1843, (see 17/2/45)
