Memorandum of agreement between (1) William Bromley of Findern, (2) George Bromley of Hilton, and (3) John Camp of Hilton, Richard Beer of Hilton and Joseph Wollatt of Derby, relating to a house, croft and two other pieces of land containing 9 acres in Hilton, whereby, in consideration of the payment of two thirds of the value of the premises as independently valued, the second and third parties shall convey all right and title to the premises to William Bromley, 3 Oct 1839
