Testator died 21 Oct 1855, the will was proved at Canterbury on 29 Nov 1855, and the property auctioned on 31 Jul 1856. By these presents Shawe conveys to Wall two closes in the Parish of Darley Dale, 2a 1r 11p and 3a 2r 15p, occupied by Henry Lees and William Greaves respectively, being Lot 2 in the said auction, for £730 22 Dec 1856 |
