Derby School Board
Administrative History
Derby School Board was formed in 1871. The Board comprised eleven members, who met on the third Monday of each month. School Boards were abolished by the 1902 Education Act when local authorities took over their responsibilities.
Custodial History
These records were transferred from Derby Local Studies Library in February 2003.
