Administrative History	The Hatfield de Rodes family succeeded the Rodes family as owners of Barlborough Hall and estate. After the death of WH de Rodes, the estate was administered by trustees. These records chiefly relate to the period when Barlborough Hall was unoccupied. Subsequently, it was tenanted by T D Bolton MP.
Custodial History	Documents D5863/1-7 were re-accessioned from D3295 in October 2002.
