Administrative History | The Renishaw and Emmett Carr Old Folks Treat Committee was established in November 1937. Its object was to promote an annual treat for all widows and people over the age of 65 and to collect and administer the necessary monies for that purpose. It later became known as the Renishaw and Spinkhill Old Folks Treat Committee, and finally the Renishaw and District Old Folks Treat Committee. |
