Custodial History	This item was donated by a private individual to Derbyshire Record Office in September 2006, along with other items now held under references D6687 and D6688. No further information is known about the provenance of the items and how they came to be in the possession of the donor.
Physical Description	The book has been paginated by the author, with some mistakes: page numbers 525 and 527 have been omitted, as has the page range 581-588 inclusive, while there are two pages numbered 536 and two numbered 537. Pagination stops on page 707 and the remainder (pages 708-740) are unnumbered. Context makes it clear, however, that the volume is complete.
