| Description | Registers of plans of new buildings and streets submitted to the Council for approval. The referencing system up to June 1948 is the number of the plan followed by the year of deposit (i.e. 125/46 is the 125th application in 1946). After June 1948, the reference system is based on the month and year followed by the plan number (i.e. 852/47 is the 47th plan submitted in August 1952).
All the registers are indexed by name of owner/applicant and by place.
Registers dating from before 1945 were not found at the time of transfer. |
