Description
Revd Drummond was the first pastor of St Thomas's English Episcopalian chapel in Edinburgh from its opening in 1843. His correspondence includes many letters in defence of the English Episcopalian congregations in Scotland. He resigned from St Thomas's in 1875 and died two years later.
Revd Drummond married Harriet Hutton and was the father of Harriet Beatrice Elizabeth Moor, later Owen. He was also the adoptive father of a London orphan, Ellen Sherwood.
