Articles of agreement between William Huett of Stanton Ward and John Tappertoo of Stapynhill [Stapenhill], for marriage of John's son Thomas with one of William's daughters or kinswomen, or, in case of Thomas dying before the marriage, for marriage of John's daughter Margarete with one of William's sons or kinsmen; with covenant by John to enfeoff William Huett and William Boylston with lands to secure the performance of covenants and the payment of £10 plus money to be paid on the marriage
