Description
John de Rolleston of Burton super Trent leases for 21 years to John Wryght of Stapenhull and his wife Alic', two acres of land in the fields of Stapenhull (for a rent of 15d per year), one parcel of meadow (for 10d per year) and one garden (for 12d per year); and gives for ever a third part of the messuage in which John Wryght lives (for no rent)
Witnesses: Bignald Kendelle of Stapenhull, William Jacson, John Handesaker of the same place, John Tapperto of Stapenhull, John Rolleston of Burton super Trent and others
Dated at Stapenhill on the feast of St Scholastica 2 Hen V [10 Feb 1415]
