Ralph, Vicar of the church of Stapenhull [Stapenhill] gives to William Ernald of Stapenhull and his wife Matilda, all the lands and tenements in Stapenhull which he has or had of the gift and feoffment of the said William, with all their appurtenances
Witnesses: Richard son of John de Stapenhull, William Vincent, Ralph de Hondesacre, Robert de Lucy, Elia le Webbe and others
