Memorandum of exchange of lands in Clowne between Nicholas Thorneley, yeoman, of Clowne and Thomas Tomkin, yeoman, of Clowne;
Thorneley gives Tomkin half acre in Robert Barker's yard, one acre by gate in Icarnewood field, one acre in Millease close abutting dawson close, two and a half acres in millease and churchfield, 1½
acres in weete roods, two acres adjoining Tomkin's land at Claypoole;
Tomkin gives Thorneley 3 roods in Oxcroft field at furthest end of Mawkin headland, one acre and three roods [of] Richard Granna in Churchfield, half acre at the hall crosse in Oxcroft field, 2½
acres in stubing close, one acre in Elartree, half acre at claypoole, two acres at the town end by Henry Hae's close. Thorneley to uphold a fence from the parman gate to Emwell's closes.
