Title	Note of lands exchanged between Thomas Tomkin and Nicholas Thornley

Description	Thornley gives to Tomkin half acre in yard of Richard Granaw, half acre on stones top, three and a half acres in milne leys, one acre in Church field in weet roods called hurst acre and half acre in same furlong, and in Croume lands as much on east side as Tomkin's land shall extend on west all in Clowne; Tomkin gives Thorneley two half acres in Churchfield of Clowne on Nine lands furlong, half acre at the hall crosse over the church way, half acre at the workin at the parke head, half acre in Oxcroft field by the Clay poole (bounds), one acre at Cawsaw head (bounds), one land containing three roods, two and a half acres in Stubin intake; Thorneley may ley [sic] Tomkin two acres at the claypoole, and if land be more than two acres then Tomkin to allow him so much for this on near side of clay poole acre.
