Title	Marriage settlement by surrender and admittance by Nicholas Thornhill, of all his messuage in Clowne, to use of himself for life without impeachment of waste, and if he dies without heirs by Elizabeth Sparke, his intended wife, remainder of one moiety to her for life, the other moiety during her life, and both after her death, to use of heirs of their bodies, and in default of such heirs to heirs of Nicholas's body, and in default of such heirs to use of Margaret, Elizabeth and Hannah, the sisters of Nicholas, for ever.
