DescriptionFarewell covenants that he, and any person claiming under him, Margaret Boys, widow, deceased, Francis Routh esquire, her brother, John Farewell esquire, or Sir John Routh, will convey to Wright on March 25 1712, capital messuage of Romeley with two tenements and all lands belonging, free of all incumbrances except chief rents of £1 15s to Mr. Pole and 8s to Sir John Rodes, in consideration of £2,700, payable as follows: £140 by 11 July 1711;
£600 by 29 Sept. 1711;
£100 by 17 July 1711;
£160 by 1 Aug. 1711;
£1700 by 25 Mar. 1712, the consideration being applied to pay off mortgage to Dr. Langford [D547M/T37]. Dated 4 July 1711
