(by name and tenant), all formerly the estate of Sir John Routh, and descended to John Farewell esquire, as heir to Dorothy his mother and Cicilia his aunt, in trust as to lands in county Derbys. and county Kent to John Farewell esquire for life, remainder to heirs of his body, remainder to Margaret Boys, widow, his aunt, on condition that within 3 months of John's death she conveys all her title to her lands in county Yorks. to Horneby and John Farewell gentleman, in trust to discharge John's debts, the residue to use of John for life, remainder to heirs of his body, remainder to his godson John Farewell, son of John Farewell gentleman, for ever, but if condition above is not fulfilled, then John's lands in county Yorks. to his godson for ever.
