Title
Assignment of bond by Francis Lowe esquire, of Baldwin Brightwell (county Oxon) to John Lee esquire of parish of St. James (county Middx.) and Mary Gibson, spinster, of Stone, and Elizabeth Gibson, spinster, of same, daughters and executrixes of will of John Gibson, gentleman, of Stone, and Thomas Smith the younger, draper, of Aylesbury, reciting that by bond of 23 Sept. 1731 John Gibson and Anthony Kerby, yeoman, of Chalford (county Oxon), at latter's request, became bound to John Stone, deceased, of Brightwell to pay £274 with interest, amounting in total to £280 17 s, on 23 March 1731/2, and reciting also that Francis Lowe is now entitled to bond;
now in consideration of £274 paid by John Lee, and £65 7 s by Mary and Elizabeth, being the interest on the bond, bond is assigned to Thomas Smith in trust for Mary and Elizabeth.
