Description
In consideration of a marriage between Timothy and Mary [damaged], John Fryer has bargained and sold to Thomas Barrabee and John Anthony a messuage where John Fryer now lives, with the orchard and 3 closes belonging, namely Barne platt, Shopps close and Dell field (8 acres) in parish of Hughenden, to use of John Fryer and Mary his wife for life, without impeachment of waste, remainder to Timothy for life, without impeachment of waste, remainder to Robert Fox for 51 years if Mary, wife of Timothy, lives so long, in trust to give her annuity of £5 per annum, remainder to heirs of Timothy and Mary, remainder to right heirs of Timothy.
