Title
Damaged marriage settlement by Job Gibson esquire of Little Kimble, and Thomas Gibson, gentleman, his son and heir apparent, and Mary his wife, to John Hill, yeoman, of Little Hampden and [William] Hill, yeoman, of Wendover, in consideration of a marriage between Thomas Gibson and Mary, and in consideration of a marriage portion, Mary is to have jointure of lands in Little Kimble and Little Hampden [as D547M/T256, 10 July 1668] with court leet and view of frankpledge for manor of Little Kimble; two roods of land in Moore Brooke to Thomas Gibson for life, remainder to Mary his wife in recompense for dower; rest of lands to Thomas for life, remainder to heirs of his body by Mary, remainder to his right heirs for ever.
