DescriptionJob and Thomas have granted John and William an annual rent charge of £50 from Job's dwelling house in Little Kimble, from a close called Higbidds, from Wallnutt tree close, Horseclose, Stancke Pond close, Rotten Meade, two butts or roods of land in Hatch Furlonge (bounds), Reddings (bounds), in parishes of Little Hampden and Little Kimble, parcel of meadow in the Moore close (bounds), 4 butts of meadow in same close, 3 lands in Overstanck Furlonge, 3 lands on Moore hill, all lands belonging to a messuage now used as a dovehouse and called Crackhalls, 2½ acres arable in Church field on Moore Hill (bounds), 1 acre arable in Church field in Overstancke Furlonge (bounds), ½ acre in Church field in Water Furrowe (bounds), 3 acres arable in Blackdowne Hill (bounds), ½ acre arable on Withers Hill (bounds), 1 acre arable in same furlong (bounds), Moore close, close in which dovehouse stands, neither Stancke Furlonge (bounds), 2 acres meadow as they arise by lot in Lott Meade in the Lot called the Squier, a close where a messuage formerly stood, 14 ridges of arable lands or leyes in common fields (bounds), 9 arable lands in Redlands furlong, 2 butts arable in Hatch furlong (bounds), close of arable or ley called Busshe Leys (bounds), part of Tunningham close (bounds) and pieces of arable (bounds), all in parishes of Little Kimble, Little Hampden and Ellesborough; the annuity to John and William after decease of Thomas Hill for 80 years, if Mary Gibson lives so long.
