not to plough or burn more than 80 acres in order to preserve present quantity of arable, on pain of £5 for every acre ploughed above 80 acres;
provision for replacement of ploughed up grass;
to make summer fallow of ¼
of arable each year;
to do 2 boon days each year and give 4 fowls at Christmas. |
