Description
Richard Sykes, William Toothill and William Townend to release to Thomas Wright all ways through closes in Birkin (Yorks) called Great Cow Close, little Cow Close, Chappell Field and Line roods, saving to Richard Sykes the usual footway through lands from town of Birkin (Yorks) to closes of Sykes;
Thomas Wright and Henry Sampson to release to Sykes all ways through close where William Townend's house lies, saving to Wright the usual footway through close from Great Cow Close, Chappell Field and Line roods to West Springs; Sykes, Toothill and Townend to grant Wright a way over Sykes's closes called the Parks, from common lane called West Lane to West Springs.
