Writ of possession after action of ejectment, reciting that James Oats, by judgement of court, has recovered against Robert Coates his term of 5 years in 6 messuages, 6 cottages, 200 acres land, 100 acres meadow, 200 acres pasture, 100 acres of furze in Birkin (Yorks), which Thomas Wright, gentleman, had demised to him on 1 Sept. 1735, but from which Robert Coates ejected him.
