Title
Lease by Anne Clayton, widow, of Birkin (Yorks) to James Lightboun, esquire, of Moston (county Lancs.), of manor house called Birkin (Yorks) Hall, excepting to Ann Clayton the best chamber and kitchen, with lands (by name and tenant), for 21 years if both parties live so long, at rent of £6 per annum and £60 per annum to Samuel Shore;
when Ann obtains Birkin (Yorks) Holme, and wants part of above lands for pasture or in case of floods, shall have, at choice of Lightboun, either Bawn springs or west springs
