| Description | By which if Elizabeth Taylor paid £1236 to Robert Thornhill by 23 Jan. 1706/7, then his trustees would assign her all their interest in lands in release of 22 July 1706. Reciting also will of Elizabeth Taylor, and settlement of 12 May 1713 [D547M/T232], and reciting that £1200 has been paid to Robert Thornhill at direction of Thomas Wright, and that by deed of even date [below] Robert Thornhill, Charlwood Lawton and William Bruncker have assigned all their interest in the lands;
now, in accordance with an order of Chancery of 6 Nov. 1716, and to discharge Birkin (Yorks) holme from mortgage of £1200, Birkin (Yorks) holme (140 acres) and lands usually enjoyed with it, are released to Ann Clayton. |
