lands in the Short Burns, 4 lands in Long Burnes, 2 lands in Harnesh wall, 2 lands in Mearly, all now in tenure of Robert Cockhill, in Birkin (Yorks), at rent of £8 per annum, excepting all timber, mines and quarries, and if Robert ploughs any but common field lands in last 3 years of term, then to pay 40s per acre ploughed.
