Title
Lease and release by Everingham Cressey, gentleman, of Windsor Castle, and Sarah his wife to Paul Jodrell esquire of St. Andrews Holborn and Henry Hargrave, gentleman, of same, Richard Wright gentleman, of St. Dunstans, London, and Elizabeth Taylor, widow, of St. Andrews, Holborn, of Birkin (Yorks) holme (140 acres), hitherto estate of Everingham Cressey esquire of Birkin (Yorks), deceased, uncle of Everingham, and by him settled on Elizabeth, his second wife, as a jointure; lands to Paul and Henry at Elizabeth's nomination, with intent that Everingham will levy a fine to them, and they will then suffer a common recovery to use of Elizabeth, in consideration of £50.
