Descriptionlands in manor of Birkin and township of Birkin and Byram, [as in settlement of Sept. 1670 D547M/T202] conveyed to Francis and Thomas to use of Richard and Sylvester with intent to suffer a common recovery, to use of Frances &
Thomas for 200 years in trust for payment of debts and yearly payments in schedule annexed, (being the debts of Everingham the elder), and for indemnifying Sarah from the same debts, arising from Lands leased by Sarah and Everingham to Lionel Copley the elder esquire and Lionel Copley his son and Michael Metcalfe, gentleman, of Hurst, in trust for Sarah and Elizabeth Cressey her daughter, and then after payment of debts, in trust for Everingham Cressey last page of copy has about half sentences missing; schedule of debts annexed.
