Re-assignment of mortgage of 2/3 June 1760 [D547M/T165] assignment of bonds of 5 Aug 1780 and 14 May 1782, and further mortgage by lease and release between i) Daniel Thomas Hill, esquire, of Great Berkhamstead (county Herts.) and Mary his wife, devisees and executors of Rev Thomas Wright, deceased, ii) Thomas Williamson, esquire, of Welton (county Yorks.) and William Williamson, merchant, of Kingston-upon-Hull, and Jane his wife, executors and executrix of will of Thomas Whitaker iii) Charles Whitaker, gentleman, of Kingston-upon-Hull, eldest son and heir of Thomas Whitaker, iv) Rev John Allot of South Kirkby (county Yorks.) v) Rev John Ella of Everton (county Notts.) and vi) Samuel Crompton esquire, of Derby; in consideration of £1200 mortgage of 2/3 June 1760 is assigned to Crompton; in consideration of £400 bond of 5 Aug. 1780 is assigned to Crompton; in consideration of £400 bond of 14 May 1782 is assigned to Crompton; further mortgage of £2000 at 5% interest, on same lands, by Hill and wife Mary to Crompton.
