Description	Will of Thomas Whitaker, dated 1 Mar. 1788, by which he bequeathed all his chattels to Thomas Williamson esquire, of Welton (county Yorks.) and William Williamson, merchant, of Kingston-upon-Hull and his wife Jane, the sister of Thomas. Note that Thomas did not devise the mortgaged premises, so they descend to his eldest son, now a miner. Not dated.
