Re-assignment of mortgage of 2/3 June 1760 [D547M/T165] by lease and release between Rev John Ella, of Everton (county Notts.), Thomas Younge, doctor of Physick, of Sheffield, John Dawson, gentleman, of Sheffield, nephew of Samuel Dawson and releasee of all his real estate, Rev Thomas Wright, M.A., of Birkin (Yorks), George Whittaker, gentleman, of Doncaster (county Yorks.) and Joseph Marris, gentleman, of Harworth (county Notts.), and Thomas Whittaker, gentleman, of Worksop, and Mary his wife, by which Rev John Ella has assigned mortgage to George Whittaker, in consideration of £1200 at 5%
interest per annum, £1,000 of the consideration being the legacy of Mary Dawson to her niece Mary Dawson, wife of Thomas Whittaker, and is to be invested at interest on her behalf.
