Articles of agreement to convey lands between Joshua Galliard, gentleman, and Thomas Wright, gentleman, as administrators of the wills of Andrew Clayton and William Clayton the uncle, executors of William Clayton the nephew, and administrators and executors of Mary Clayton, widow, concerning messuages and lands at Whitwell, late the estate of William Clayton esquire, deceased, messuage and lands at Loxley (county Yorks.), also late W. Clayton's estate, and the equity of redemption in the above premises by conveyance of Robert Clayton gentleman, brother and heir of William, with copyhold messuages and lands in Clowne, late the estate of William and of Andrew Clayton, gentleman, and surrendered to Joshua Galliard by William Clayton the nephew and by Robert Clayton

Description
all lands to be conveyed to Thomas Wright except Galliard's interest in 1/12 part of Winster Sough, the equity of redemption in the lands at Whitwell and a debt due out of the Exchequer to Mary Clayton, in consideration of 20 guineas with a further £30 6 months after Mary Clayton's death.
