Clayton's estate, and the equity of redemption in the above premises by conveyance of Robert Clayton gentleman, brother and heir of William, with copyhold messuages and lands in Clowne, late the estate of William and of Andrew Clayton, gentleman, and surrendered to Joshua Galliard by William Clayton the nephew and by Robert Clayton
