Description
Surrender and admittance by Edmund Cosen and Dorothy his wife to Henry Cosen, of a messuage with croft adjoining in Clowne, a messuage in Clowne, Ickerwood (one acre), Castle Butts (1 acre) in Church field, one acre at Colgrave yate in Oxcroft field, Ringoe close, and all other messuages and lands in manor of Bolsover of which James Cosen, father of Edmund, died seised. Dated 1 Nov.
Common recovery between Edward Bellamy, demandant, Henry Cosen, tenant to the precipe, and Edmund Cosen and Dorothy his wife, first vouchees, of 3 messuages, 5 acres of land, and 2 acres of pasture in Clowne.
Surrender and admittance by Edward Bellamy, Henry Cosen, Edmund Cosen and Dorothy his wife to John Clarke, of one acre at dawgate in Bruckfield (bounds), one acre in Churchfield (bounds) in Clowne;
remaining lands to use of Edmund Cosen for life, then to wife Dorothy for life, then to Edward Hynde and Robert Barker to fulfill last will of Edmund Cosen.
