| Description | Surrender and admittance by Godfrey Bright, gentleman, to William Hae, of a messuage in Clowne, Chappell pingle (3 roods) and Crockhills (25 acres) in Clowne, which lands, together with Hardy Pingle, Tompkin Pingle, Knowles close, cole pitt close, and 1½ acres in Crowne lands, in Clowne, are then surrendered by William Hae and Gertrude his wife, to William Cozen.

Mortgage by common recovery and surrender and admittance between William Cosens, tenant to the precipe, Anthony Kirchivall, demandant, and William Hay and Gertrude his wife, first vouchees, of one messuage, 20 acres land, 10 acres meadow, 20 acres pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Clowne;
Lands then mortgaged by parties to common recovery for £240 to Godfrey Bright, gentleman.

Mortgage by surrender and admittance by William Hae and Gertrude his wife to George Kent, of Eldertree close (11 acres) ½ acre in the Old Field (bounds), ½ acre on Hunger Hill, one rood abutting on Eldertree close, one acre and 3 roods in Pale acre, 3 acres and two roods on Maukinheadland, ½ acre at Clay Poole, all in Clowne, in consideration of £41 4s at 48s per annum.
