Bond by John Haye, butcher, of Clowne to Andrew Clayton, gentleman, of Romeley, in sum of £10, to surrender to Clayton 3½ acres in Churchfield, namely 2 acres in the Crosse peice (bounds), one acre in seven Accars abutting the plomtree whonge, and ½ acre near the Greene Gate (bounds) in Clowne, when Godfrey Bright, gentleman, of Woodthorpe in Staveley shall surrender the lands of William Haye, late of Clowne.
