Title
Revocation by John Rowthe esquire, of Romeley, and Richard Rowthe, his brother, of entails created by conveyance of 1 Nov. 1622 by John Rowthe to Gervase Nevill and John Draper esqs. of Grays Inn, by which capital messuage of Romeley and its lands, capital messuage of Moorhill in Cowicke (county Yorks.), lands in townships of Snaith, Cowicke and Gowdall (all county Yorks.), and all rent charges in Yorks., were conveyed to use of John Rowthe and heirs of his body, remainder to Richard Rowthe and heirs of his body, remainder to Dorothie Copley, wife of William Copley esquire of Sprodborough (county Yorks.) and sister to John Rowthe, and heirs of her body.
