Title	Bond to exchange lands in Clowne by Nicholas Thorneley, yeoman and Richard Thorneley, yeoman, his son, both of Clowne, to William Hae the elder, yeoman, of Clowne, of one acre in Oxcroft field adjoining Ellertree peece, ½ acre at the hill foote, being head land to lands called three roods, 1½ acres abutting on mawkin headland, ½ acre at Clay poole, 1 acre at same place, ½ acre near same place, one rood land in Intake of William Hae near the Towne end in the same field, 1½ acres in Church field near the greene gate, and over pingle at croke hill; Nicholas and Richard to convey lands to William Hae the younger within 9 years, at request of William Hae the elder and William Hae the younger, lands having been exchanged with consent of William Hae the elder, his grandfather, before sealing of the bond; value of bond £60
